I provide behind-the-scenes management and support for Vunisse, helping organize schedules, coordinate content plans, and assist with communication to ensure everything runs smoothly. My role focuses on keeping projects structured and on track while also supporting creative direction, community engagement, and day-to-day operational tasks so that Vunisse can focus more on creating content and performing. I also handle short-form content distribution, including uploading clips, testing different captions, titles, and descriptions, and analyzing performance to improve reach and engagement across platforms.
Talent Manager – Grimdegree
I work with Grimdegree by providing behind-the-scenes management and creative support to help organize and strengthen their content direction. My responsibilities included assisting with planning, coordination, and improving communication flow to ensure smoother execution of projects and collaborations. I also helped maintain consistency across their content and supported structured decision-making so they could focus more on creating and performing while I handled operational and management support.

As one of the Managers for Boys Love Live, I support the development and organization of the group’s first wave of BL-themed VTuber talents. I assist with reviewing applicants, selecting talents who align with the group's vision, and guiding them through early-stage planning and onboarding. My role includes offering emotional support, advising on scheduling and branding, and helping ensure each talent brings a unique personality and genuine love for the BL genre. I work closely with the team to maintain a creative, inclusive, and passion-driven environment.

I support Rhea with full creator management, focusing on content strategy, social media planning, and overall workflow support. I assist with organizing her posting schedules, analyzing performance on Twitter and YouTube, and offering tailored feedback to help strengthen her content and engagement. Alongside that, I provide emotional support, help manage day-to-day tasks, and collaborate with her on creative ideas to keep things aligned with her goals and vision.

I assisted with schedule planning based on her fluctuating energy levels due to narcolepsy, offering flexible stream structuring and backup strategies. I also supported her emotionally through consistent check-ins, helping her remain motivated without overwhelming pressure. In addition, I provided light assistance with sponsorship preparation and merchandising coordination, ensuring her UwU Market launch aligned with her comfort and pace. My approach centered on creating a safe, stable environment where her content and well-being could thrive together.
